Terms of Service & Licensing
Project scope terms, package conditions, payment verification, and digital template license rules.
1. Website Development Packages & Quotations
Displayed package ranges (Personal Rp100,000–Rp500,000, Entrepreneur Rp500,000–Rp3,000,000, Business Rp3,000,000–Rp10,000,000) represent indicative starting ranges for defined scope. Custom features, third-party subscriptions, and external integrations require a mutually confirmed project quotation.
2. Digital Template Licensing
Purchased HTML, CSS, and JavaScript templates grant a non-exclusive license to use and modify the code according to the selected license tier (Standard Commercial or Extended Agency). Reselling or redistributing the raw template archive on template marketplaces is prohibited.
3. Add-On Services Disclaimer
SEO Optimization is a technical on-page setup service and does not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Ads Management covers campaign management fees; advertising media budgets are billed separately by the respective ad platforms.
